Actor Henry Cavill, who played the role of Superman in DC extended Universe, was reportedly fired, as he and Warner Brothers could not agree on financial terms of his new agreement. Several hours later, rumors appeared that African-American actor Michael B. Jordan, who already played a comic-book villain in “Marvel Studio’s” “Black Panther” earlier this year, could replace Cavill. This caused a wave of angry discussion, both in the geek community and among ordinary movie fans. Some believe that this is a fresh take on a character, others speak about forced diversity in modern Hollywood movies.
