It is amazing that we have a separate day in order to celebrate the spirit of love and appreciation. Love is a powerful force as well as a great thing in general. It should be observed in all forms. Does not matter is it love for a partner, friend, or family member. Just a nice reminder and additional opportunity to spend time with them and make them feel what they really mean to us.

Besides, looking at couples celebrating can cause the frustration of people who have been single for a long time. Love and appreciation can be celebrated every day, why have a special date for this?
